Ordered the Claypot Crab Vermicelli Soup, Crispy Cereal Prawn and Stir Fried Shimeji Mushroom w Shanghai Cabbage and I loved everything! The soup was very comforting, especially on a rainy evening. Prawns were very fresh and cereal was tasty/yummy. Veg and mushroom were very tasty!

Recommended to reserve a table in advance, but walk in before 6pm should be fine for weekdays. We (2 adults and 3 kids) ordered only a Claypot Crab with vermicelli (which not much shop does) and a veggie dish, which is more than full for us. The crab soup is mild but flavoury with crab just like my childhood flavour, but personally I prefer loofah over pok choi to be in the soup. Our crab is about a kilo which cost SGD95 for this dish, but portion is huge for 5 of us. This shop offers several other flavours/cooking options of crab as well that you can pick one for ur own taste.

We came to this restaurant to try out their Chili Crab and we were not disappointed. We order a mid-sized Sri Lankan crab to share. It was so good we ordered another! The spicy level is just nice. And the gravy is really delicious and goes well with the man-tou (buns). The crabs were well prepared and of high quality. Besides ordering crab we also ordered bamboo clams. All in, we enjoyed the food and the service here was acceptable.

Need to reserve or just go to the restaurant before 6 o’clock ~ The crabs are so amazing and the fried breads are the best company with the crab’s souses. The signature salted egg pork ribs was mind blowingly delicious, with the perfectly salty-crisp exterior and succulent meat. The claypot crab bee hoon soup was a joy - perfectly cooked noodles, creamy broth and delicious crab. These two dishes are a must.

Overall good experience for travelers wanting to try chili crab. Came at the recommendation of a local vendor at Maxwell. For two of us we had chili crab, smallest portion was 800g ($75) which was standard price, mantous and fried veggies. Overall good quality and not overpaying - would recommend
